I started working for MSF UK in 2008 in Fundraising then worked in the field in HR/Finance and for the operational desk in Berlin.

Prior to working on LEAP I worked for Save the Children setting up and managing the Francophone Humanitarian Operations Programme, a capacity building programme focused on local staff working in humanitarian response for numerous NGOs in West and Central Africa.

I joined MSF UK in 2019 to help support the management of the LEAP Programme.

Before joining MSF, I worked on several projects in the higher education sector. I also carried out a short-term assignment in the humanitarian deployments team at the Department for International Development, during the Hurricane Irma response.

I joined MSF in 2022 to support the integration of LEAP within MSF’s HR and Learning and Development structures.

Prior to joining MSF, I worked within global health education and advocacy, specifically focusing on antimicrobial resistance (AMR). I worked in collaboration with various NGOs to design and direct capacity building programmes in English, Spanish, and French, seeking to train and empower young people across the Global South to lead action on AMR in their own local and national contexts.
